The case
Dobriyal's speciality is loyalty — the friend, the brother, the neighbour whose decency is being spent by someone richer. The hospital scene in Hindi Medium, where he offers to sell his blood for a stranger's child, is the moment that film earns everything it claims. He remains a supporting actor by billing only.
